Optional light kits are available, and can be purchased separately (not included). The 300103OBB can be used to complement a family room or bedroom as the focal point, or in a closet or utility room for the added air circulation. The 300103OBB measures with a 30-inch blade span and a 24-degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 47-watts of electricity on high speed (not including any light kit), pushes 2,266 cubic feet per minute, and 48 cubic feet per minute per watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with five reversible blades, flush mount canopy (if needed for a low ceiling application), a 6-inch downrod, and pull-chain to operate the three fan speeds. Optional Remote Controls and Wall Controls are available for ease of operation if higher ceilings are an issue, or if you just desire the convenience (sold separately, not included). Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods (sold separately). In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18 inches from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7 feet above the floor.
