Each unit plugs directly into the wall or into each other through a patented electrical connection. Line up the units, connect them together, and plug the last one in for buffet-style serving. The units can either be lined up right next to each other--or the power cord can be pulled further out from the unit's base to create more space in between each unit. The patented outlet design will only plug into other Hook Up units, and the pull-out plug works with any standard wall outlet.
